Night Shift LPN Join Our Team at The Wyndmoor of Marion At The Wyndmoor of Marion, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents in Marion, Ohio. Our Assisted Living and Memory Care community is designed to foster independence, dignity, and joy in a safe and welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Shift LPN to join our team and help us deliver the highest level of care to our residents. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration. We provide wound care, and vital sign monitoring as needed. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or designee Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state of Ohio High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and empathy for older adults and their families What We Offer: Medical, Dental and vision insurance following probationary period. 401K, disability and critical care insurance. We’re looking for a CNA with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Shift Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during a specific shift, while assisting management in maintaining a high level of productivity and satisfaction for resident care. Could this be you? Currently looking for part-time and full-time second and third shift. Responsibilities: Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse. Assist with geriatric care needs. Assists residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans. Observes residents and reports to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition. Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing employees Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed during the shift Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking supplies Communicate any issues or concerns to upper management in a timely manner Qualifications Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently. Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property. Can foster good resident and family relationships. Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment. A passion for working with elderly residents. Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
