Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Acting as a point of contact for nursing staff, physicians, and hospital administration. As a charge nurse, you will manage a shift of nurses in your unit. Charge nurses assist the leaders with creating work schedules, oversee admissions and discharges, and help maintain the overall quality of care in the units. Base rate is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience. This position will receive a base rate + charge differential of $4.00 an hour and shift differential.
