Position Summary The RN Vent Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the Ventilator Unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting nursing staff, and promoting excellent resident outcomes. This role works closely with the DON, ADON, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care to residents with complex respiratory needs.
