Participate in facility surveys and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct daily rounds to confirm that all nursing personnel meet and exceed accepted care standards. Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in the State of Florida. Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care (managerial experience preferred).
