Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care Help residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers Take and document vital signs as directed Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team Protect residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence Qualifications Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in Ohio Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Why Join Villa Springfield?
