Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supports the implementation of care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN plays a key role in promoting resident health, safety, and well-being through skilled clinical care, communication, and teamwork. Trained Medication Aide (TMA)

Trained Medication Aide (TMA) Position Summary: The Trained Medication Aide (TMA) is responsible for safely administering medications and providing direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. TMAs play a vital role in supporting the nursing team and ensuring residents receive compassionate, timely, and accurate care.
