Certified Nurse Aide Trainee Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide Trainee to join our team at White Settlement Nursing Center in White Settlement, Texas. As a Certified Nurse Aide Trainee, you will have the opportunity to receive paid training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) while gaining valuable experience in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities: Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care Pass ice, water, linens, and supplies as needed Mark and pass trays during meal times Assist with serving plates and drinks to residents Help with transportation of residents to and from activities Conduct one-on-one activities with residents Assist with cleaning tasks, including emptying linen and trash bins, and cleaning wheelchairs Observe and report any changes in resident health status to the Charge Nurse Attend all in-service education programs required of nursing assistants Other duties as required or requested Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must Be Certified Ability to follow oral directions Pleasant, tactful, and courteous demeanor Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Why Choose Us: At White Settlement Nursing Center, we are committed to providing a warm and caring environment for our residents.
