Director of Nursing Position Summary As the DON at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments. Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies. Oversees nursing schedules, participates in recruitment, hiring and termination of nursing personnel, and monitors the infection control program. Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications. Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is hosting our FREE CNA Class - We will review all applicants and reach out to candidates to schedule an interview. If you are not contacted this round, stay tuned for future classes. Class Information: We will notify applicants to interview and then discuss further with those who are eligible for the class. You must be able to attend all classes and training without any absences. You must be physically able to perform the duties of a CNA. Upon completion of the class & passing your certification, you will be offered employment at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab.
