🩺 About the Role: 

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You’ll be expected to integrate our company values into your daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care.

You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care. Position Highlights at a Glance: 

  • Caseload: ~7 patients 
  • Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days 
  • Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more 
  • Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more 
  • Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 
  • 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) 

✔️ What You’ll Need: 

  • LPN License (State of Texas)
  • CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 
  • 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:

  • A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
  • Both gross and precise motor functions.
  • Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
  • Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
  • Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
  • Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
