We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a home health supervisory role. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and relationship-building in the field.

About the Role
This is not a traditional skilled nursing position. Instead, this RN will operate in a clinical oversight and care coordination capacity, supporting caregivers and ensuring quality patient care across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

You will have a designated “home” office but will primarily work in the field managing your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance

  • Develop, review, and update individualized care plans for clients

  • Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and provide guidance as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, scheduling, HR) to support patient care continuity

  • Monitor patient progress and address any care concerns proactively

Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license (required)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required

  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health or supervisory experience preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage a territory and work independently in the field

  • Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
