Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty / Home Health
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about pediatric care to join our growing team. This position focuses on providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care to medically complex children in the home setting across Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk Counties.

What You’ll Do
Provide continuous, skilled nursing care in the home environment
Manage and monitor complex pediatric conditions with attention to detail
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
Perform ongoing assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient response
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
Support families by reinforcing care plans and providing education
Pediatric Skills & Experience Required
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
Ventilator management (or willingness to train)
G-tube / J-tube feeding and medication administration
Seizure monitoring and intervention
Medication administration including injections
Airway management and respiratory assessment
Experience with developmental and neurological conditions preferred
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (pediatric or skilled care preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Excellent documentation and communication skills
A calm, patient, and thorough approach to care
Compassion and the ability to build trust with children and families
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with active insurance
Current BLS/CPR certification
Recent statement of health, including TB screening
Ability to travel to assigned cases
