Lotus Village Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, overseeing Nurse Aids, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care, administer medications, and document therapeutic effects
• Take vital signs, assist with resident comfort, and prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care
• Oversee Nurse Aids to ensure tasks are completed before the end of shift
• Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements:

• Willingness to make a difference
• Associate's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
• Current LPN license in Virginia

Overview SCOPE: Under general supervision, provides general nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Promotes efficient patient flow, assists with patient care. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Provides general nursing care to patients.
