Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 75 - bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Covington, Ohio who is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long-term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care.

 

 

Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 6:00am - 6:30pm 


Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 6:00pm - 6:30am $2.00 Night Shift Differential Pay

Responsibilities For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

  • Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

  • Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations.

  • Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld.

  • Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports.

  • Support residents’ dignity and well-being through person-centered care.

 

Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (Required)

  • Current valid hands on CPR Certification

Job Details Physician Office | Dayton | Full-Time | First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements Under the supervision of the provider and/or practice manager, assists and delivers patient care duties, and provides administrative support throughout the practice. This position assists the provider in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of provider.
