What You’ll Do
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with daily care needs when necessary
• Document care accurately in resident charts
• Communicate with families and the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents

What We’re Looking For
• Current LPN License (Required)
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
