Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a CNA, you will provide top-notch care to our residents, focusing on their individual needs, comfort, and dignity. You will work closely with our nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities:

Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
Take and record patient vital signs, lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics
Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management
Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
Assist the nurse with various duties as directed

Requirements:

Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC
Current/active CPR certification, preferred
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
Willingness to make a difference!
