Your Role

Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, transfers, and personal care

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Document care provided per community standards

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Collaborate with nurses and care team

This is relationship-based care — you’ll have time to truly connect with residents.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification preferred (caregiver experience considered)

• Assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and attendance reliability
