The Ideal candidate must first and foremost be compassionate, and willing to provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience as Registered Nurse or similar role
Valid New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility
Understanding of HIPPA and nursing best practices
Knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Successful completion of the LPN/RN license program is a must!
