What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct nursing care and monitoring resident health

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Performing wound care and other skilled nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice

  • Monitoring, documenting, and communicating changes in resident condition

  • Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina

  • Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred)

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

  • A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
