About the Facility Our Concord location is a 74-bed behavioral health facility , including 16 dedicated detox beds . The Nurse Manager will play a key role in supporting nursing operations across the facility, ensuring appropriate staffing, quality patient care, clinical documentation, and compliance with nursing, regulatory, and organizational standards. About the Role The Nurse Manager provides leadership and oversight of nursing staff and services while working closely with the Executive Director, medical providers, and program leadership . This role is responsible for nursing staffing and scheduling, clinical and documentation oversight, detoxification protocols, medication management, admissions support, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing and coverage. Develop and manage nursing schedules based on facility and program needs. Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff and ensure adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Oversee detoxification protocols, including accurate and timely completion of vital signs, COWS, CIWA, and other required monitoring . Support efficient nursing admissions, including admissions that occur outside anticipated times. Monitor nursing documentation, including EMRs and medication administration records (MARs) . Maintain required DEA logs and narcotic count documentation . Conduct nursing chart audits to monitor quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For Required: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in North Carolina. Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification , as required.
