Accela Rehab & Care Center at Manalapan is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions across all shifts.

Available Shifts

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Full-Time & Part-Time

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM — Full-Time & Part-Time

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM — Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered and according to facility policies.

  • Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the RN Supervisor or appropriate clinical leadership.

  • Perform nursing assessments and document resident care accurately and timely.

  • Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.

  • Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a safe environment.

  • Participate in care planning and communicate relevant resident information to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.

  • Respond appropriately to resident and family concerns.

  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid New Jersey LPN license required.

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.

  • New graduates with an active NJ LPN license are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Bilingual Spanish/English required. 1-2 years of experience. Willingness to work at multiple sites. Experience with LGBTQ populations is preferred.
