This is a role for a nurse who wants to make a real difference every shift: mentoring CNAs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring every resident feels seen, safe, and supported.
What You'll Do
Administer medications and document therapeutic effects accurately
Monitor vital signs and ensure resident comfort at all times
Provide wound care, catheter management, and collect specimens as needed
Coach and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional, consistent care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, thorough records
What We're Looking For
Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Associate's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for resident-centered care
Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment
