LPN Charge Nurse ($32+/HR) - Clemmons, North Carolina Job Summary: Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a resident-centered and quality-focused skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing bedside care, administering medications, and coaching staff to ensure exceptional patient care. RN Unit Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager at our Winston-Salem facility. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of nursing staff, assessment of resident needs, development of care plans, and implementation of established nursing policies and procedures. Requirements: Registered Nurse with current state license. One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current/active CPR certification. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors.
