Qualifications

Bilingual, spanish speaking
Experience with Medicare patients

Responsibilities

As a care team member you will perform routine primary care nursing tasks, including:
- Vital signs
- Point of care tests (glucometer, etc)
- Maintain patient medical records
- Documentation consistent with state regulation
