First call shared equally among all APPs in the practice. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Candidate Requirements Current license in New York State. Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program. RNFA required for nurse practitioners. Experience working in a surgical practice or hospital setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
