Your Role as an RN:

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care

  • Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and responding promptly

  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and restorative care

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided

  • Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs, promoting a positive and cohesive care team

  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure a high standard of care is maintained

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
