Pay & Schedule

Starting at $20+ per hour, based on experience and client assignment
Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, or Temporary
Day, Night, Weekend, and Flexible Schedules available
Consistent, personalized case matching close to home

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding as needed
Offering medication reminders and monitoring for safety
Providing companionship and emotional support
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with care teams

Qualifications:

Active Georgia CNA License (required)
CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation (required)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must pass background, drug, and TB screenings
Prior homecare or caregiving experience required
Experience with IDD clients is a plus

Job Summary The Patient Safety Monitor- C.N.A., under the supervision of the Professional Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse, and/or the Physician, provides age-appropriate, culturally and ethnically sensitive care, maintains a safe environment, collects information, communicates effectively, and utilizes technology.
