A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Support resident care plans and individualized needs

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Document care and services provided

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

  • Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred

  • Assisted living or memory care experience a plus

Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Nursing Care Partner works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and provides direct patient care for assigned patient. As a member of the direct care team, the Nursing Care Partner is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate collection and recording of data, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities and communicating and collaborating with the RN to prioritize workload. At time of hire, a record of completion for all education, licenses, training and/or certifications is required.
