The hourly rate for this position is $145.82/hour This is a Salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist completes preopperative patient assesments and prepares and maintains necessary tools and resources for procedures. Responsible for evaluation of anesthetic agents used for patients before, during, and after procedures. Actively observe and assess patients throughout the course of procedures and ensures safe patient emergence from anesthetic. Performs supplemental anesthesia duties in situations as needed and directed by anesthesiologist.

JOB SPECIFICS:

Saint James -John W. Albrecht Medical Center has 3 ORs and 2 Procedure Rooms
We have a mix of GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, and Podiatry. We also perform simple gyne and cataracts once a month.
Our typical volume depends on the day. GI days are typically higher volume than Ortho/Gen Surg days.
Overall, we average about 7-12 cases/day.
Regional experience is preferred but our highly skilled teams will train you.

Job Summary and Qualifications General Statement of Duties: Under the direction of the licensed anesthetist and the RN, the Anesthesia Technician provides anesthesia support to the licensed anesthetist during surgical procedures.
