Full-Time | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM overnight shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.

What You'll Do

As the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:

Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is provided
Respond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team
Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff
Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately
Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Address clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
