What You'll Bring:

• A valid and current Florida RN License.
• At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing expierence.
• Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.
• Active Level II Fingerprint Screening https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Updated TB/PPD.

Your Impact:

As a Home Health RN, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized, high-quality care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs.
• Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being.
