Medina Center for Rehab & Nursing is now hiring a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN! Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated, and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs. We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven leaders to welcome our ever-growing team!

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in OH
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting
    • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Support staff education, orientation, and ongoing training efforts.
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to promote resident well-being.
  • Help manage audits, surveys, and infection control initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model for staff by promoting professionalism, teamwork, and high standards of care.
