Position Summary: Medication Technician

As a Medication Technician, you play an essential role supporting residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Responsibilities include:

  • Medication administration with accuracy and compassion

  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living

  • Following and documenting individualized care plans

  • Ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents

  • Promoting teamwork and communication across all departments

RESPONSIBLITIES Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor. Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation. Reports medication reorder.
