This is an in-office position responsible for case managing our pediatric clients who are served in the home, ensuring our nurses and home health aides deliver safe, high-quality care that improves patient outcomes and maintains full regulatory compliance. Position Summary The Clinical Manager serves as the clinical hub for our pediatric home health program. From our office, you will coordinate and oversee the care delivered in our clients' homes, supervise field nursing staff and aides, monitor visit compliance, and drive quality improvement across the department.
