We are seeking a Traveling Nurse Practitioner to provide interim clinical coverage across multiple facilities. This role will support sites experiencing temporary provider absences, leaves, or urgent staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of long-term care (LTC) dynamics and be able to integrate quickly into new environments while maintaining high standards of care. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential for establishing rapport with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members.

Additional responsibilities may include training new providers and assisting in the onboarding of new facility accounts prior to a permanent Trio provider starting.

Position Details:

  • Salary: $140,000 – $150,000

  • Travel: Required; must be comfortable traveling to various facilities as needed

  • Productivity Expectation: Maintain an average of 12 patients per day when onsite
