Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.
  • Infection Preventionist (IP): Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license (WA)
  • 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care
  • Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
