Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel. Oversees the infection control program as a designated infection preventionist to comply with Federal and State regulations, and to provide training to nursing staff. Assists the Director of Nursing (DON) with management and administrative functions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of five years’ clinical experience; preferably in a long-term care setting
  • Experience with in-service education
  • Clinical supervisory experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities

Pay Range

$87,550.00 - $104,296.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
