SYNERGY HomeCare offers Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides:

  • Competitive pay between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

  • Assist clients with ADL's including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility

  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA Certificate

  • Reliable, professional and committed to high-quality care

  • Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care or hospital settings preferred

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills

  • Personal transportation highly desirable and preferred

Health and Compliance Requirements:

To ensure the safety of clients and staff, employment is contingent upon meeting all health and immunization requirements including:

  • TB Screening within the last 12 months or clearance screen

  • MMR Titer (measles, mumps, rubella)

  • Varicella Titer (chickenpox)

  • Tetanus

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester! Part-time openings on all shifts. Full-time openings on 7a-3p. Weekly pay ranges from $19 to $24 an hour. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or recently graduated from a state-approved CNA course. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care. Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely. Meet personal grooming needs for each resident. Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident. Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner. Methods of identification of residents are maintained. Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.).
