RN: Up to $83,000 annually (based on experience)
LPN: Up to $71,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our evening leadership team. This role is essential in overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a professional, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily nursing operations.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to job responsibilities and the highest standards of patient care.
Assist with facility surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness.
Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and clinical quality.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, promoting best practices and teamwork.

Qualifications

Current, valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
Minimum 2 years of long-term care nursing experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
