Travel up to 45 minutes from our office in Kettering is required, so a valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance is a must. Full time Lead Caregivers working 5 days/week are guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week minimum even if they are not placed in assignments for 40 hours. Part time Lead Caregivers working 3 days/week are guaranteed pay for 24 hours per week minimum even if they are not placed in assignments for 24 hours. Lead Caregivers receive premium pay in a range from $18/hr up to $20/hr, plus $3/hr additional on weekends.
