YOUR ROLE:

Help our elderly and disabled clients live with dignity and independence by assisting with:

  • Personal care: Bathing, dressing, grooming
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Errands and transportation
  • Exercises to improve physical and mental well-being

You will be a key part of their care team and often an extension of their family.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (personal or professional)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable attitude

As a PRN Home Care CNA working with our Aldersgate At Home department, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy and safe life at home. We’re looking for PRN In-Home Aides and Companions (less than 20hrs per week) to float -7a-3p, 3p -11p or 7p – 7a with weekend shifts required.
