What You'll Do:

 

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Job Description The position is responsible for performing programmatic nursing and operational functions in the Wellness Center of TM Health & Wellbeing. Demonstrate ability to meet the needs and provide services to the culturally diverse employee population of The Christ Hospital Health Network. Examples of duties include administration of influenza vaccines, performing respirator fit-testing, biometric screenings and wellness coaching for the Know Your Numbers and assignment related to curating and delivering our annual Health & Wellbeing Fair. Adhere to the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses (ABOHN) code of ethics and to the scope of practice described in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities Participate in annual respirator and flu compliance programs. Provides annual respirator training and reviews medical questionnaires. Administer flu shots. Obtain blood samples for biometric screenings and perform wellness coaching to team members to positively influence their health journey using the WellRight platform. Maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with employee health information. Establish positive relationship with new and existing team members, encouraging selection of primary care physician, if none indicated. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Please describe any specialized knowledge or skills, which are REQUIRED to perform the position duties.
