Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00AM with Rotating Weekend

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Bowling Green. In this role, you will provide high‑quality nursing care within the standards and scope of the state Nurse Practice Act while supporting our mission of prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met. If you are passionate about delivering empathetic, patient-centered care, we invite you to apply.

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
    • One year or more of nursing experience in a relevant clinical environment (preferred).
      • Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care according to the LPN/LVN scope of practice and individualized care plans.
      • Role model exceptional customer service and maintain a strong focus on patient safety.
      • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the physical, biopsychosocial, developmental, and cultural needs of patients are met; assist in resolving concerns when they arise.
      • Deliver patient comfort measures and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
      • Support patient progress toward wellness through proactive, appropriate care.
      • Discuss care with patients, listen to concerns, and promptly report status changes to RNs and physicians.
      • Communicate professionally and therapeutically with patients, families, visitors, and team members.
      • Safely administer medications in accordance with physician orders, policies, and best practices.
      • Maintain high standards of nursing practice in compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and nursing regulations.
      • Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
      • Perform additional duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

    • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Kentucky.
    • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
    • First Aid certification may be required depending on facility needs.
