Summary/Objective

The Cancer Conference Facilitator is responsible for facilitating Tumor Conferences from the beginning to the end of the bi-monthly meeting. Ensures National Accreditation Program for Breast Cancer and Commission on Cancer standards are being met.

Essential Job Duties

Prepare case summaries for each case being presented.
Notifies Tumor Board members of meeting date and time and provides them with case presentation information.

Participates with community outreach programs and Health Fairs.
Mentors newly certified oncology data specialist and cancer registry assistant.
