What you will need:

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred.
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant clinical setting required. Previous management experience preferred with demonstrated progressive clinical leadership.
Skills: Acute care inpatient Medical Oncology experience preferred. Ability to manage relationships, patient outcomes, communication, and conflict effectively.
