DaVita is seeking an Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team at our Medina, Ohio location. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. With a commitment to the patients, great work ethic, and high-quality care.

  • Dialysis Experience Required
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN
  • Schedule: M/W/F 5:30am - 5:30pm, (T/TH/S TBD but will most likely be 7a-12pm to start)
  • Clinic has 8 chairs with 2 Dialysis Techs and 1 RN on M/W/F and will initially have 1 Dialysis Tech and 1 RN when T/TH/S schedule begins
  • Shift differential for travel, paid mileage
  • Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!
  • We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, willing to travel/float within the region, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.

Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources. A caregiver in this role works a day/night rotation from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
