This inpatient role will support OR activity, post-operative patient care, inpatient chemotherapy, inpatient rounding and quality initiatives for Gynecologic Oncology patients.

At RUSH MD Anderson Cancer Center, our expert team is trained to treat complex gynecologic cancers - including cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine and endometrial cancer, vaginal cancer and vulvar cancer - using some of the latest and personalized treatment options. A patient’s care may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapies or a combination of treatments. Our team of providers works closely together to provide expert, compassionate treatment focused on what matters most to patients.

Four, 10-hour shifts/week, weekdays only
25 beds in the unit
Report directly to the Gynecologic Oncology Lead APP

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in Oncology, Gynecology or surgical specialty is preferred, not required. Relevant RN experience may be considered.
APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care.
