Qualifications:

6 months’ experience in a health care environment desired
Current CPR certification or successful completion upon hire to the position
Computer skills to meet the needs of the position
High School diploma or equivalent
Prefer satisfactory completion of a current Nursing Assistant/Aide course

Skill and Ability:

Ability to think and work independently and with direction
Good teamwork skills
Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical abilities must allow for frequent working, stooping, bending, and frequent lifting and moving of patients
