Salary Statement : The salary for this position traditionally starts at $62,218.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. A Day in the Life: Program Administration Support Prioritize and organize the daily care of patients/ Make care assignments and assist in developing treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical staff. Direct support staff to coordinate workflow and communicate problems to unit supervisors. Complete required documentation of nursing notes, transfer forms, and other records to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide orientation and support to staff on the unit. Program Management Support Provide ongoing assessment and documentation of individuals' physical and psychosocial status from admission to discharge to inform care decisions. Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies and procedures.. Develop and implement nursing care plans for diagnosis or treatment plan changes to adapt to evolving needs. Complete medication administration supervision monitors and clinical observation notes for support staff. Educate individuals and family members regarding medication, procedures, and treatment goals and objectives. Respond and intervene in emergency situations and with agitated individuals to maintain safety and therapeutic environment. Ensure proper safety and infection control standards are met for the unit to protect staff and individuals.
