At DispatchHealth, we believe exceptional clinicians deserve the freedom, trust, and support to deliver their best care. Our mission is to build the most advanced in-home care model in the world—one that puts clinical judgment, meaningful patient relationships, and outcomes first.
DispatchHealth Solo Advanced Practice Providers deliver Emergency Response Acute Care (ERAC) directly in patients’ homes, serving as a high-acuity alternative to emergency department visits. Supported by a robust interdisciplinary team and innovative diagnostic and treatment tools, providers assess, treat, and coordinate care in real time—stabilizing acute conditions and navigating appropriate escalation without the limitations of a traditional hospital setting.
Your Impact as a Solo APP
In this role, you’ll practice true advanced medicine—owning patient care from assessment through resolution. Reporting to the local Lead APP, you’ll deliver complex internal medicine care in the home while serving as a trusted clinical decision-maker on a highly skilled team. Your expertise will shape care plans, influence program evolution, and directly improve how patients experience acute care—without sacrificing professional satisfaction or autonomy.
The DispatchHealth mission and model allow our providers to deliver high-quality and high-value care with exceptional patient satisfaction.
