What You Will Do

Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and supported
Ambulate, reposition, and transfer residents safely
Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Accurately document care, including vital signs, weights, and intake
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
Complete assigned duties and support a positive team environment

Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
Scheduled date to take the CNA certification exam or currently certified
